Sri Aurobindo Study Circle

This group meets for study, discussion and meditation, focused on the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother that I practice and that colors all the Yoga courses and events I teach. I was the principle involved in its inception in 1979. But since 4 July 1996 it took the current name and its weekly meetings on Tuesday evenings became very appropriately leaderless, since the group and its individuals had reached that point of development. Meetings are open to anyone of any religious or spiritual orientation who seeks dialogue and support in their growth that they feel this Yoga may help provide. In addition, there are monthly meetings for special studies, the observance of Darshan (four spiritually charged days each year in this Yoga), and weekend retreats in the spring and fall. A good contact in Seattle where the group meets, besides Ron in Enumclaw, is Karen Litfin at 206 524-4440 . Inquiries are very welcome.
